Exchange and Return policy

If you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, you may choose to return it to use wihin 7 days of recieving it, provided that:

  • The product still retains all its original packaging
  • Is returned to us along with all the included accessories,
  • The products and their accessories have not been damaged or show excessive wear.

The customer is liable for any additional costs for shipping, handling, and insurance charges or any other charges the customer may otherwise incur when returning a product to us. The Sparkle Hut shall also not be held liable for any loss or breakage that occurs during the transportation of goods for return.It is the customer’s responsibility to request for a product return within 7 days of receiving the product, after which the customer shall forfeit their right to return a product for replacement or repair.
